Research and Development (R&D): 
The Company mainly does R&D independently, and keep launching over 150 new products to market every year. The Company and Nanjing University jointly established "Nanjing Chemical Engineering Technology Research Center", the center has been accepted by Nanjing Municipal Commission of Science and Technology. In the center, the 33 members are engaged in R&D, Process Design, Preparation of Products' Standards, Test and Inspection, etc., among them there are 4 with senior engineering and technology titles, 10 with mid-level titles, 4 with master or above degree, 12 with bachelor degree and 4 visiting professor level experts.
